How can I use the RPS-ERP-2 Remote Power Switch Unit to Reboot the router it is connected to ?

The RPS-ERP-2 Unit is being used to power your router.&nbsp; So if you log into the RPS-ERP-2 unit and just power off the port that is connected to the router, you will not have access to the RPS-ERP-2 as the router is off.&nbsp; You will not be able to turn the power back on. Internet &gt;&gt;&gt; Router &gt;&gt;&gt; RPS-ERP-2 Unit What you need to do is Reboot the power port for the router.  The procedure is: - Log into unit- Go to the power control page- For the outlet that controls the router, select OFF.- For the same outlet, under timer select ON and place 10 Seconds in the input box.- Select Apply The unit will power OFF the port, wait 10 seconds, then power ON the port.&nbsp; The router is rebooted.&nbsp; After the router is rebooted, you can log into the RPS-ERP-2 to perform any other functions. You can use this procedure to reboot any power port with the port powered OFF, a selectable time delay, and then turn the power port back ON.
